Ann Marie regularly attended local planning board, township committee, county freeholder, NJ Office of Smart Growth meetings to protect the value of her client's land.
She took the building and mechanical code inspection courses at Camden County College -- the only woman in the classes -- and passed them and the National test.
She holds a New Jersey real estate license.
